gothika, i have a query…………………………bit of spolier inside?
….can anyoen explain to me, how she got away with the horrific slaughter of her husband, just because he was found to be a monster?
i just dont get it, its hardly like the law will say, oh right, you wre possesed by the dead daughter of a friend whom he killed, ok cool, your free to go"
HOW did she get out of that one?
as his actions, would have had littel to no relevance on hers
ahh thank you, i forgot about that, how obvious ;-D
duh me
still, there is a tiny bit of ’she kind of over did it’
and she woudl have had to lie about when and how she found out
Its been years since I saw that movie, but I imagine she would plead self defense which is defined as "Use of force is justified when a person reasonably believes that it is necessary for the defense of oneself or another against the immediate use of unlawful force. However, a person must use no more force than appears reasonably necessary in the circumstances. Force likely to cause death or great bodily harm is justified in self-defense only if a person reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm."
